Welcome in our tiny and cozy appartment in Paris! Description of the place : perfect for a couple, small kitchen and small bathroom, but a large living room, one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, double orientation (west for the bedroom / east for the living room). The room is very quiet because it is on the side of the courtyard. About the area : our appartment is located in the north of Paris, at 5 minutes from the subway station Marx Dormoy (line 12), 11 minutes from the station La Chappelle (line 2) and 12 minutes from the station Riquet (line 7), not so far the famous Montmartre, Moulin Rouge and Pigalle (by subway: only 4 stations, by walk: 30 minutes). Our area is very active: there are gardens (Jardin d'Eole), small other typical parisian square, supermarkets,bakeries, restaurants and bars, wine shop, pedestrian street (rue de l'Olive) with covered market (marché de la Chapelle), near Halle Pajol and cultural center 104. Activities: - lunch or coffee outside, rue de l'Olive, 250 m, - cultural center le 104, 500m, - canal Saint-Martin, 800m, - Montmartre / Sacré Coeur / Le Moulin Rouge / Pigalle, 3km. Of course, we will give you a note with all the good places to eat, to have a coffee, to have a drink, to visit... in the area. We will leave you some french specialities food for you to discover the famous french gastronomy. We can also prepare your first meal, if you want.
