This is a lovely apartment (52 m²) in Paris center, bright and typicaly parisien. There is a double living room (30m²), a separate kitchen, one room (15m²) with a bathroom. Located in the sixth floor (with elevator), you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon and the evening. This is a nice district with the usuals accomodations (metro stations, supermarkets, bakery, wine celler...), quiet but close to the "place to be" at night in Paris. I'm sure you're going to spend a good time inside. The exchange would be to go to NYC whenever in August, one or 2 weeks max (my dates are flexibles).
