Hello, I got an internship in New York, Manhattan and I want to exchange my apartment on the "Butte Montmartre". I will start at the end of February and stay four months. I have a very clean and organized apartment in Montmartre: cozy, charming, really really quiet apt (27 m2) . There are parquet floors and all the facilities: microwave, , tv, dvd, wifi, lift ... It is located in a luxury residence "La Folie Sandrin" (gated community) with guard and with a large private park. The apartment is a studio on the 1st floor: - a hall, - a full equipped kitchen: combined microwave oven, toaster, blender, a refrigerator, a washing machine, 4 plates with gas... One window on the park. - a separated wc - a living room with a desk,a sofa bed for two persons (very easy to open and confortable), coffee table and kitchen table (4 chairs)... There are two windows with a view on the park - a bathroom with marble floor and walls: a bath, a wash-hand basin, a bidet... Great -- and latest trendy -- neighborhood in 18th arrodissement, 3 minutes walking distance from the Sacre Coeur, Place du Tertre and Place des Abbesses. Some of best food and fashion shopping in Paris, destination restaurants, great transportation (metro, bus), and easy walking distance to just about anywhere in the city you want to go: Moulin de la Galette, Pigalle, Moulin Rouge... I want to exchange with somebody who lives in Lower Manhattan: Tribeca, Soho, Nolita, Greenwich village... But I an open to any others suggestions.
