Our apartment is located in the heart of Paris, at 150m of the subway station 'bonne nouvelle'. Near the 'grand boulevards' and montorgueil street. Housing (42 m2) is located on the 4th floor without lift and consists of one bedroom (bed 2places), a living room (with 1sofabed), a kitchen and and a bathroom (with bathtub). 1 bedroom´s window ooverlook the inner courtyard preventing any noise. This is the famous theatre's neighborhood. You can go to the Louvre, the opéra, and concorde on foot.
