This is a 18 square meters apartment in the center of the city ( place de la Victoire), the tram is 100 meters away and there are a lot of buses to go anywhere in the city and around. There is one real bed in which 1 or 2 people can sleep. There is also a convertible couch in which 2 people can sleep. There is a kitchen area with a fridge, a sink, I have a small oven and a micro wave, 2 hot plates, a coffee maker and kitchenware and dishes. In the bathroom there is a sink, toilets and a shower. Clean towels and sheets will be available if you want, just let me know. This is a small but very comfortable apartment. It's perfect for vacation because everything you need is around. Lots of stores and fast foods and bars.
